Orders are processed within 1–5 business days and delivered within 7–12 business days after dispatch, so please allow 8–17 business days in total. Shipping is free on every order.
Can I return an order?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days from the day you received your order. Email us at info@linmerenewyork.com with your order number before sending anything back and we will reply with the return instructions. Details in our Refund Policy.
What if my order doesn’t fit?
Check the Size Chart on the product page before ordering. If it still doesn’t fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery: we can send you a different size (subject to availability), give you store credit or refund the item. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the tags attached.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you the tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to show movement. You can also check your order status in your account.
